Order Processing Times

  • Standard processing: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • Personalized / bulk orders: 3–7 business days (we’ll notify you if extra time is needed).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email at checkout and a tracking email when your order ships.

Transit time begins after your order has shipped. Times below are typical, not guaranteed.

Heads up: Weather events, peak season volume, customs inspections, or carrier network disruptions may extend delivery times.

Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/volume, and service speed. From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions—these will be displayed at checkout if applicable.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking link is emailed when your package ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you don’t have the package, please:

    • Check with household members, building management, or a safe-drop area; and

    • Contact the carrier with your tracking number. Then email us at info@trailvelball.com so we can help.

Shipping Address Changes

We can update your address before an order ships. Once in transit, rerouting may not be possible or may incur carrier fees. Email us promptly at info@trailvelball.com with your order number and the corrected address.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or issue a refund for the product(s) once received back. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Split Shipments

To get items to you faster, we may ship your order in multiple parcels at no extra cost. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers if that happens.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, which are assessed by the destination country and are the recipient’s responsibility. We cannot control or predict these charges. Customs processing can also introduce delays.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship hazardous or prohibited items per carrier and destination laws.

  • Some oversized products may have limited service options or extended transit times.

  • We currently cannot ship to certain embargoed or restricted destinations.

APO/FPO/DPO & P.O. Boxes

We can ship to most APO/FPO/DPO and P.O. Box addresses via eligible services, though size/weight limits may apply and delivery may take longer.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, keep all packaging and item(s) and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. For suspected loss (no tracking movement for 10+ business days domestic, 20+ international), reach out so we can open a carrier investigation. Resolution may include replacement or refund, depending on the outcome.
