Orders
1) How do I place an order?
Add items to cart and complete checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email within minutes.
2) Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We can help before shipment. Email info@trailvelball.com with your order number ASAP.
3) I didn’t receive an order confirmation—what should I do?
Check spam/promotions and verify the email used at checkout. If still missing, contact us and we’ll resend it.
4) Do you offer bulk/wholesale orders?
Yes. Tell us quantities, deadlines, and shipping address at info@trailvelball.com to get a quote.
Shipping
5) How long is processing and delivery?
Processing: 1–3 business days (custom/bulk: 3–7). Delivery varies by destination and service level. See our Shipping Information.
6) Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may apply and are the recipient’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
7) My tracking link isn’t updating—why?
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after handoff to the carrier. If it’s stagnant beyond that, email us and we’ll investigate.
8) What if my package shows delivered but I can’t find it?
Check safe-drop spots and with building staff/household. Then contact the carrier with your tracking number and notify us for help.
Returns & Exchanges
9) What is your return policy?
30-day window from delivery for eligible items in original condition (unused, with tags/packaging) and proof of purchase. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
10) How do I start a return or exchange?
Email info@trailvelball.com with your order number and reason. If approved, we’ll send a return label and instructions.
11) Are any items non-returnable?
Custom/personalized items, perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous/flammable goods; plus sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
12) When will I get my refund?
After inspection, approved refunds issue to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need extra time to post.
Payments, Taxes & Duties
13) What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major payment methods commonly used for online shopping. Prices exclude taxes, shipping, and import fees unless indicated.
14) Will I be charged taxes, VAT, or import duties?
Local sales tax (where applicable) is shown at checkout. International orders may incur VAT/GST, duties, and brokerage fees assessed by your country.
15) My payment failed—what can I try?
Confirm card details, available funds, and billing address match. Try another method or contact your bank to authorize the charge.

16) Will the color match what I see on screen?
Device settings and lighting can affect color perception. Photos are representative, but slight variations may occur.
17) Do you offer a warranty?
Products are provided “as is” unless required by law. If you experience an issue, contact us with photos—we’ll evaluate and make it right where possible.
18) How do I care for outdoor game equipment?
Wipe down after use, store dry, avoid prolonged sun exposure, and follow any included care instructions to extend product life.

19) Do I need an account to purchase?
No. Guest checkout is available. An account helps track orders and manage preferences.
20) How do you handle my personal data and cookies?
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Manage non-essential cookies via your browser or our preferences tool (where available).
