How do I place or change an order?

Add items to your cart and complete checkout. To change an order, contact us before it ships. After dispatch, changes may not be possible—see our Returns section below.

Where is my order confirmation?

We email confirmations within minutes of checkout. If you don’t see it, check spam/promotions and verify your email address was entered correctly.

Can I cancel my order?

We can try to cancel if the order hasn’t shipped. Email info@trailvelball.com with your order number ASAP.

How long does processing & delivery take?

Processing is typically 1–3 business days (custom/bulk 3–7). Delivery depends on destination and service level. See our full Shipping Information for region-by-region estimates.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Duties/taxes may apply based on your country’s rules. These are the recipient’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

My tracking says delivered but I can’t find the package.

Check safe-drop areas, ask household members or building staff, and contact the carrier with your tracking number. Then email us so we can help.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return window?

We offer a 30-day return window from delivery for eligible items in original condition (unused, with tags/packaging) with proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?

Email info@trailvelball.com with your order number and reason. If approved, we’ll send a return label and instructions.

Are any items non-returnable?

Custom/personalized items, perishable goods, personal care items, and hazardous/flammable goods are not returnable. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

When will I receive my refund?

After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks may take additional time to post funds.

Payment, Taxes & Duties

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major payment methods commonly used for online shopping. Prices exclude taxes, shipping, and import duties unless otherwise stated.

Will I pay customs or import taxes?

International orders may incur customs, duties, VAT/GST, and brokerage fees assessed by your country. These are the recipient’s responsibility.

Products & Warranty

Will the color match what I see on screen?

Display settings and lighting can affect color perception. We aim for accurate photos, but slight variations may occur.

Do you offer a warranty?

Products are provided “as is” unless required by law. If you experience an issue, contact us with photos and your order number—we’ll evaluate and make it right when possible.

Do I need an account to order?

No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account helps you view order history and manage preferences.

How do you handle my data?
