1) Ordering

Offer & Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline at our discretion.
Order Review: Please verify items, quantities, shipping address, and contact details before submitting.
Changes/Cancellations: We can assist before dispatch. After shipment, see Returns/Exchanges below.

2) Payments

Accuracy: You agree that payment details provided are true, current, and authorized for use.
Charges: Prices exclude taxes, shipping, and import duties unless stated otherwise.
Security: Payments are processed via reputable gateways; we do not store full card data on our servers.

3) Pricing & Promotions

Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price at checkout is the price in effect.
Promo codes must be entered at checkout; one code per order unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing or promotion errors.

4) Shipping

5) Delivery Issues

Tracking: A tracking link is emailed at dispatch; allow 24–48 hours for updates.
Lost/Damaged: Keep packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with photos and your order number.
Undeliverable/Refused: Returned shipments can be reshipped (postage may apply) or refunded for goods; original shipping is non-refundable unless due to our error.

6) Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return window from delivery for eligible items in original condition (unused, with tags/packaging) and proof of purchase. Items sent back without authorization are not accepted. 7) Refunds

After inspection of an authorized return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit. If 15 business days pass after approval, contact us.

Specifications and availability may change without notice; we may limit quantities per customer or address.

9) Warranties

14) Gift Cards & Store Credit

Gift cards/store credit are redeemed at checkout and are not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
Treat them like cash; lost or stolen cards may not be replaceable without proof of purchase.

15) Pre-Orders & Backorders

Estimated ship dates are provided for pre-orders/backorders but are not guaranteed. You can cancel for a full refund before shipment; after dispatch, standard return terms apply.

16) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trailvel Ball and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or lost profits/revenue/data, arising from your use of the Services or products. In any event, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue.
